We have a wonderful shipping policy. All orders to the lower 48 U.S. States pay only $7.00 for any size order. If you need it expedited, please contact us via phone or email and we can help you determine the best method to get your shipment to you when you need it. We ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered and sent to you as soon as it becomes available. If you need an item for a particular event on a specific date, please call us to verify that your desired items are in stock and can arrive in time for your event.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and PayPal.

We utilize 128-bit encryption for all orders. This means that sensitive information like your credit card number cannot be seen by anyone other than the receiver. Orders placed online will be submitted using our secure system.

COLORS
Please note that color variations will occur from what you see on your screen and in our catalog from actual product due to printing processes and monitor differences. Variations will also occur from tile to tile. These characteristics add to the overall rich quality of our tiles. Tiles are meant to be used broken and/or whole. When loose tiles are shipped breaking an chipping may occur; please be aware of this before ordering.

We also suggest that you order 10-15% more tile that you calculate for your needs so that you will have extras in the event that you damage your piece in the future. That you will have tiles from the same dye lot that should match your work.
