ORDERING: Find the products you want, enter the quantity desired, then click on the Add to Cart button under the quantity. SHIPPING: We have a wonderful shipping policy. All orders to the lower 48 U.S. States pay only $7.00 for any size order. If you need it expedited, please contact us and we can help you determine the best method to get your shipment to you when you need it. DELIVERY: We ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders will be shipped from our warehouse in 3-5 business days. In the event that an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be backordered and sent to you as soon as it becomes available. If you need an item for a particular event on a specific date, please call us to verify that your desired items are in stock and can arrive in time for your event.

Monster Mosaics guarantees that all of our products are free of manufacturing defects and will replace any parts found to be otherwise. As with any manufactured product, small variances in color, surface, and appearance will occur. These variations will not affect the intended function of the products and actually add to the overall character of the product.
